STEP HEAT® offers the most energy-efficient radiant floor heating solution available today, thanks to its innovative nanotechnology, which delivers an even heat distribution reducing energy consumption beyond any other heating  system know today.

The self-regulating STEP HEAT heating element requires almost zero floor buildup, is extremely durable, and lasts a lifetime, no maintenance required.

STEP HEAT heating elements are self-regulating, meaning that when the ambient temperature increases, the consumption of electricity decreases. Maintaining a continuous even temperature is far more efficient than an on-and-off forced heat system. Furthermore, the self-regulating elements acts as a floor sensor, supplying more wattage when it’s cold and less wattage once the desired temperature has been reached.

Low Voltage AC/DC

STEP HEAT is compatible with alternative energy sources and is the ideal heating solution for any home or building that incorporates the use of solar or wind power. The heating elements can operate on AC power using our step-down transformer, but can also operate directly on DC power using our STEP DC Controller.

Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV)

STEP HEAT runs on 24-volt power and is completely safe during installation and operation. The low voltage current is delivered to the element through 2 tinned copper busbraids, which charge the nano particles with electricity for a safe heating environment.

Safety in Wet Areas

STEP HEAT heating elements are protected by a water-resistant insulation and can be placed in showers, garages, basements, or in concrete. The extension wires are 'marine grade,’ tinned copper wire, which allows the system to withstand any wetness.
