Thank you for your assistance over the phone about the burnt voltage regulator. Except for this easy fix, we could not be happier with the units you sent us. The floor has kept a room with 3 weather walls warm even in blizzard conditions at -5oF. The Step Warmfloor product proved to be as easy to work with as you, your colleagues and your website made me believe. With our electricians and our ceramic tile crew checking periodically, I was able to lay it out per your drawings, wire and seal it fairly easily. The crimping tool was the only thing I needed assistance with – my grip is simply not strong enough to complete the crimp.

Now that we have moved into our new house, and the external temperatures have dropped into the 5 and 6 degrees, we delight in having warm toes when we walk in our bath or shower.
