The STEP Warmfloor heating solution was designed for the ultimate in comfort and versatility, delivering even and comfortable warmth underfoot. The innovative low voltage AC/DC heating system is the ultimate solution for heated floors or complete heating as an alternative to forced-air heating systems.

Forced air does not maintain heat and the temperature fluctuates as the system is turned on and off. Radiant heating heats objects within a space, the objects maintain the heat, warming the air and creating a balanced temperature. The even distribution of heat eliminates drafts and maintains comfort at a lower temperature, making the system more energy efficient and cost effective.

STEP Warmfloor is comprised of flexible self-regulating elements made from a semi-conductive material, which acts as a sensor, enabling the heat output to increase as the temperature decreases and the heat output to decrease as the temperature increases. It is normally connected to a 24V power supply, but can also be run by solar or wind-power source. The system is maintenance free, easily zoned and energy efficient.

STEP Warmfloor is approved for use with any floor covering including natural stone, ceramic and porcelain tiles, hardwood and laminates, resilient, and carpet. The heating element can be placed directly below most floor coverings. STEP Warmfloor is perfect for remodeling, room additions or for new construction projects.
